This working paper is a summary of the official work (in Spanish), the International Relations Office presented as a proposal to be included in the University’s Development Plan 2012- 2022 as a starting point for developing of a whole new strategy, and it seeks to pave the way for wider-ranging discussion throughout the campus in the coming months.
